An example of a post

An example of a post

I don’t know if some of you have heard, but there is this really cool website called It’s a fashion website where a select community of people post what they’re wearing, and get comments/ hypes from others. It’s a pretty nifty site. Even I have one. The only thing is, you need to be invited, or you have to apply for one, and wait a while to get confirmed.

This is because the creators want to keep the community small, and want only the most serious people on it. They don’t want anyone who has the ability to put a sheet over their heads and take a picture of it on the site.

Even if you don’t get invited, or approved, it’s still a great place to get ideas from. People from all over the world come together on that one site and share their love of fashion (and photography). I find that you can scroll down the new looks page for hours and hours on end, because all (well most) of the looks are all fantastic. I recommend checking it out!

But if you’re still curious, here’s how it works:

1. You take a picture, or multiple (up to 3) pictures of what you’re wearing at the moment. At least one has to be from head to toe.

2. You can edit them on your computer, or just choose to directly upload them.

3. You then give it a title, and label all the aspects of your outfit. For example, you would click on the jeans and then label them “Lux. Skinny Jeans”. You can also mark it if you’re selling the piece.

4. You choose a color scheme that matches your outfit, and you’re done!

Now, you have to wait approx. 6 hours until you can post another one. This is set up so not one person dominates the “New”, “Top”, or “Hot” pages.

In the meantime, you can check out other people’s looks, and hype them. This is pretty much a “Like” button, and adds up. The more the hype, the higher it appears on the “Hot”, or “Top” pages. You can also give one ❤ (love) a day, and that also affects your position. People can leave comments, and ask questions.

So that’s pretty much, so if I were you, I would go check it out, and if you’re serious about fashion, apply so you can post! Oh and I almost forgot, you can invite one person, when you’re accepted, and that’s it after that. I still haven’t used my invite, so if you want it, send me some pics and tell me how badly you want it (only because it’s supposedly an invite only community, and a ton of people really want in).
